RVDA’s Networking Opportunities:
Throughout the convention, we offer numerous ways to connect with dealers:
- Informal gatherings: Enjoy casual networking spaces throughout the exhibit hall and other common areas.
- Sponsored events: Increase your visibility and engage with targeted audiences through sponsorship opportunities.
- Vendor Training +Plus workshops: Choose a topic relevant to your brand and engage with attendees face- to-face, outside the exhibit hall.
- Special receptions: Connect with key players at exclusive events like the Wednesday night RV Business Top50 Dealer Awards.
- Exhibit hall: Engage directly with dealers visiting your booth. Enjoy casual networking spaces throughout the exhibit hall and other common areas.
Exhibit Hall Schedule
Schedule Details
Tuesday:
- 3:30 PM: Kick off the event with the Exhibit Hall Opening Happy Hour! This is a free opportunity for everyone to connect and explore the booths.
Wednesday:
- 1:00 PM: Enjoy a complimentary Lunch in the Exhibit Hall and continue building connections with fellow attendees and exhibitors.
Thursday:
- 9:00 AM: Start your day with a delicious Brunch served in the Exhibit Hall, open to everyone!

Please refrain from dismantling your booth before Noon on Thursday, Nov. 13th.

Beyond the Booth:
Free On-Demand Speaking Opportunity
Share your expertise through our Vendor Training +Plus (VTP) workshops.
You must be an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner to participate.
We are excited to announce an additional opportunity to participate in our Vendor Training +Plus series through an exclusive on-demand format. With our in-person workshop sessions officially sold out, this virtual platform provides a powerful way to share your expertise directly with registered dealership personnel who were unable to join us in Las Vegas. Hosted on the secure convention app and our dedicated event platform, these proprietary workshops are designed specifically for RV dealers, offering you a high-impact channel to reach your target audience.
To participate, you must be an exhibitor, partner, or sponsor. The process is straightforward: simply sign up and download the provided spreadsheet to outline your workshop details. Once your content is ready, record your presentation—including your PowerPoint or visual aids—and upload the final MP4 file to our Dropbox. While sessions can be up to an hour long, we recommend a 30-minute duration to maximize viewer engagement. Please ensure all workshop materials are submitted by October, as the on-demand portal will go live following the convention in November and remain open through January 31, 2027. This is a fantastic way to extend your brand’s reach and provide lasting value to dealership teams long after the expo floor closes.
