Standard 10’x10’ booths start at $3,800.
The Right of First Refusal
We are returning to the same floor plan as last year! To reward our loyal exhibitors, we are offering the Right of First Refusal for the space you occupied in 2025.
- Deadline: To exercise this right, your application must be received by April 30, 2026.
- Open Selection: After April 30, unclaimed spaces will be released for general assignment.
Priority Levels
Exhibit space is assigned based on the RVDA Booth Assignment Policy:
- Partners: Highest-tier sponsors receive first priority.
- Sponsorship Upgrades: Exhibitors increasing their sponsorship level for 2026.
- Returning Exhibitors: Those maintaining their 2025 booth location (via Right of First Refusal).
- Open Selection: New applications and all other exhibitors.

Partnership Tiers
Includes booth space and up to 20 badges.
- Bronze: Starts at $15,000 (10×10 booth)
- Silver: Starts at $25,000 (10×20 booth)
- Gold: Starts at $40,000 (10×20 booth)
- Platinum: Starts at $50,000 (20×20 booth)
Individual Sponsorships
Opportunities range from $4,600 to $10,000, including the Tuesday Night Happy Hour, Attendee Charging Stations, and Education Track branding.

Tuesday:
- 3:30 PM: Kick off the event with the Exhibit Hall Opening Happy Hour! This is a free opportunity for everyone to connect and explore the booths.
Wednesday:
- 1:00 PM: Enjoy a complimentary Lunch in the Exhibit Hall and continue building connections with fellow attendees and exhibitors.
Thursday:
- 9:00 AM: Start your day with a delicious Brunch served in the Exhibit Hall, open to everyone!
Important Note: Please refrain from dismantling your booth before Noon on Thursday, Nov. 13th.
