RV dealerships continue to grow in complexity and sophistication. That is why the RVDA Convention/Expo Committee, chaired by Ryan Horsey of Parkview RV Center, has built a tremendous program to meet real-world dealership challenges and opportunities in today’s market.

A Convention Framework for 2026

To that end, for the 2026 event, Ryan, the committee, and the RVDA staff have developed a convention framework that:

• Delivers education tailored to different dealership business models.
• Increases vendor-specific training and collaboration.
• Strengthens fixed operations content with a focus on improving Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT).
• Expands networking opportunities for dealers and their business partners.
• Recognizes that dealers attend the convention for different reasons—and provides segmented content based on dealership size, management structure, and revenue.

This approach acknowledges a simple truth that we’ve certainly experienced at Hilltop Camper & RV over recent years. As our dealership evolves, our needs diversify.

A single-store operation faces different challenges than a multi-store or mega multi-store group. Technology platforms vary widely. Staffing structures differ. Vendor relationships can be complex. The 2026 Convention/Expo is designed to help every dealership — no matter its size — take a deeper dive into an array of marketing, F&I, and fixed operations resources that improve performance and strengthen partnerships.

Preparing for a Full Week of Opportunity

The Convention/Expo schedule includes expanded education tracks, deeper vendor engagement, and more opportunities to connect with peers and partners.  Dealers may want to consider bringing additional personnel to ensure their team captures the full value of the event.
